How is the law of Tawasul using editorial Ø ´ùšØ ù „ù„ ù ‡

In Indonesia, especially in Java, we must be familiar with the name Tahlilan. Yes, this tradition seems to be an inseparable part of various social events. Starting from thanksgiving, salvation, to the warnings of death, tahlilan is always present. It feels incomplete if there is a celebration without the chanting of dhikr and prayer led by a religious figure.

Well, in this tahlilan series, there is one part that we may often hear, namely Tawasul. This tawasul is basically we ask God, but “through” intermediaries, can be prophets, guardians, or pious people. And inside the alum, there is one pronunciation that is quite often spoken: “Shine‘U. Lillah“.

The question is, how exactly is religious views (read: fiqh) on this tradition, especially about pronunciation “ Shine‘U. Lillah “In Tawasul? Is this practice suitable for sharia, or is there another view that we need to know? Let’s go further operations.

Through the explanation above, the law of law (asking God by the mediators) of the prophets and guardians, both when they live and after their deaths, are permitted by sharia. This is in line with what is mentioned in the valid sunnah (valid hadith).

However, it is important to remind the public about words that often come from those who can destroy their faith. Therefore, it is obligatory to guide and tell them that no one can benefit or endanger (danger) except God Almighty. Apart from God, no one has the ability to benefit or endanger, except for the will of God Almighty.

Allah the Almighty says to His Prophet.: “Say (Muhammad),” Indeed, I don’t have the power to bring you dangerous and not a guide. “

From this we can conclude that the law of “tawasul” itself is allowed. Of course there are some things that need attention. One of them is related to sentences that do not plunge people who read to polytheism.

One of the sentences that we often hear in the tawasul process is Shine‘U. Lillah. Maybe many of us do not understand the meaning and law that is actually worthy of relying on the sentence. Is the sentence including a sentence that can damage the monotheism of Islamic society?

Instead, they say it to seek help (specific) or as a form of controversy for the people they believe to be in goodness.

From the length of the above information, then we can understand then conclude that the editor Syai ‘U Lillah It is not an editor that actually makes the Islamic community polytheous.
